From the south on the M1, exit M1 at junction 13 and follow the A421 towards Bedford. Take the Bedford Southern Bypass eastwards around Bedford, following signs for Northampton and A428 (approx 8 miles). Once on the A428, follow the road to Turvey, turn right in Turvey and follow the signs to Carlton. At the crossroads turn right and head up the hill. Carlton Cross Country is situated on the top of Carlton hill, clearly signed. Pull into the Farm over a green cattle grid and follow on down the drive.

From the south on the A1, take the Bedford Southern Bypass A421, following signs for Northampton and A428. Once on the A428, follow the road to Turvey, turn right in Turvey and follow the signs to Carlton. At the crossroads turn right and head up the hill. Carlton Cross Country is situated on the top of Carlton hill, clearly signed. Pull into the Farm over a green cattle grid and follow on down the drive.

From the west on the A428, follow the signs for Bedford. At Lavendon, turn left to Harrold. At the crossroads in Harrold turn right to Carlton. Follow the road over the river and on through the village, up the hill towards Pavenham. Carlton Cross Country is situated on the top of Carlton hill, clearly signed. Pull into the Farm over a green cattle grid and follow on down the drive.

From the north on the A6, follow the signs for Bedford. Turn left off the A6 at Oakley and follow the signs for Pavenham and Carlton. Follow the road through Pavenham and turn right to Carlton up a hill. Carlton Cross Country is situated on the top of Carlton hill, clearly signed. Pull into the Farm over a green cattle grid and follow on down the drive.

IMPORTANT NOTE – the road from Stevington to Carlton is CLOSED for maintenance, do not be tempted by Sat Nav!
