The continued enthusiasm of our large team of volunteers is integral
to the success of events and without them, we simply couldn't manage.
We will be holding another training day in 2010, with lunch or supper,
for any volunteers who would like to be involved with our events or
those of you who helped us this year and would like a refresher. In
return for each day's help, you will be provided with a good lunch
and refreshments on the day as well as a complimentary schooling
pass or a bottle of good wine.
To run just one day of Eventing we need over 120 people to help us and
there are many different areas to help with. Most volunteers are involved
with xc fence judging but help is also needed with score collection,
dressage writing, dressage steward, scoring, secretaries, trade stands,
lorry and car parking, catering, show jump arena party, XC control and
more. So whatever your skills, we will be very grateful for any time you
can give to the events.

office on 01234 720320 or email me, Sara Tusting

I would just like to say thank you for letting me take part in the fence
judging for the BE event over the weekend. We had a lovely weekend and
really enjoyed ourselves. It seemed a wonderful success and as far as we
could tell everything ran as smooth as clockwork - well done for organising
such a fantastic event!

Caroline and I thoroughly enjoyed our two days of fence judging, and were
hugely impressed by the excellent organisation which marked every aspect
of the two days. The leadership which you and Nick gave us all, with the
support of the BE team, was tremendous. Do count us in to participate again
at a future event.
